D2C Operations Manager

We are looking for an E-commerce Operations Manager to manage order processing, logistics, and inventory while optimizing operational workflows and customer experience across digital channels.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Processing orders and coordinating with warehouse for order fulfilment.

Managing logistics and coordinating with courier partners.

Managing inventory and ensuring stock availability.

Generating MIS reports related to logistics, inventory, orders and other operations.

Processing B2B orders and coordinating with logistics.

Interacting with customers and addressing their queries and concerns related to logistics.

Keep inventories up to date by recording daily shipments and deliveries

Reconciliation of invoices relating to operations and logistics.

Requirements:

Previous experience in an E-commerce environment with product listing and inventory management is essential.

Ability to analyse data and generate MIS reports.

MS Excel VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc. (formulas and commands)

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Excellent communication and customer handling abilities.

Prior experience in teamwork and leadership.

Prior experience with e-commerce platforms is a must with at least 2-3 year of experience.

The individual should be self-motivated and maintain a high level of task fulfilment.
