Job Title: D2C Lead
Reports to: Head of Growth
Location: Hyderabad
Job Summary:
We're seeking a seasoned D2C Manager to lead our direct-to-consumer strategy and
drive business growth for our personal care brand trough Website.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, and growth hacking, with a proven track record of success in driving online sales and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
1. D2C Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and execute omnichannel D2C strategies to drive online sales, customer acquisition, and retention.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, logistics) to ensure seamless
customer experiences.
2. Growth Initiatives:
- Identify and execute growth opportunities across social media, email marketing, influencer
partnerships, and paid advertising.
- Analyze data to optimize marketing campaigns and improve ROI.
3. Customer Insights & Engagement:
- Develop customer personas and insights to inform marketing strategies.
- Implement customer retention programs to drive loyalty and repeat business.
4. Performance Analysis & Reporting:
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales, customer acquisition cost, and
retention rates.
- Provide regular reporting and insights to senior management.
Requirements:
1. 7+ years of experience in D2C , digital marketing, or growth hacking.
2. Proven track record of driving online sales and customer engagement.
3. Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing channels, and growth hacking strategies.
4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
5. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
6. Experience in personal care or FMCG industry is a plus.
