D2C Head (10-15 Yrs)

The Director - Growth will drive end-to-end growth, profitability, and brand scale for TMRW's fashion and lifestyle portfolio. This role will own P&L and business outcomes, work closely with the CXOs to translate strategy into execution across e-commerce, and D2C channels.

Key Responsibilities

Growth Strategy & Execution :

- Own growth strategy for assigned fashion and lifestyle brands across online and offline channels.

- Translate long-term vision into executable growth roadmaps in partnership with the Founder's Office and CXOs.

- Identify and execute growth levers including category expansion, pricing, margins, and channel mix.

P&L Ownership

- Own full P&L responsibility including revenue, margins, contribution, and EBITDA.

- Drive AOPs, forecasting, and performance tracking with a strong balance between growth and profitability.

- Ensure financial rigor across investments, expansions, and strategic initiatives.

Brand Ownership (Fashion)

- Act as business owner for assigned brands, accountable for brand health, positioning, and long-term equity.

- Partner with design, merchandising, and marketing to shape assortment, storytelling, and customer experience.

Cross-Functional Leadership

- Lead and align teams across marketing, product, merchandising, supply chain, retail, finance, and operations.

- Ensure strong execution and resolve bottlenecks across initiatives.

Governance & Stakeholder Management

- Own business reviews, dashboards, and governance cadence with leadership.

- Present growth plans and performance updates to CXOs and board forums.

Qualifications

- MBA from a premier business school.

- Prior experience with a top-tier consulting firm preferred.

- 8+ years of experience in growth, strategy, or business leadership roles.

- Strong exposure to fashion, lifestyle, e-commerce, D2C, or omnichannel retail.
