Cookd is a new-age consumer brand building masalas differently in a category dominated by legacy players. We focus on all-in-one, outcome-driven cooking solutions that help people cook great meals at home. We are scaling rapidly across Retail, Quick Commerce, and D2C. In a food category, D2C is not the easiest channel to build as offline and quick commerce expand and that is exactly the challenge we want someone to take on and solve.

The Role

You will own D2C as a business channel for Cookd. This is a role focused on revenue ownership, funnel discipline, and execution, not just running a website.

What you will be responsible for

• You will be responsible for growing D2C revenue for Cookd.
• You will own the entire D2C funnel including acquisition, conversion, and retention.
• You will define and maintain customer acquisition and spend guardrails such as CAC and ROAS.
• You will work closely with the marketing team to plan and execute performance marketing campaigns.
• You will manage internal performance execution and coordinate with external performance marketing agencies.
• You will run offers, experiments, and funnel improvements within agreed guardrails.
• You will lead a small team with one direct report.

What we expect from you

• You have 5+ years of experience in D2C or e-commerce growth roles.
• You are comfortable owning a revenue number and being accountable for outcomes.
• You have a strong understanding of funnels, performance marketing, and unit economics.
• You operate with high ownership and do not need daily instructions to move work forward.
• You can think independently and make responsible decisions.

This role may not be a fit if

• You need constant direction or detailed task lists to operate.
• You have not owned a funnel or revenue end-to-end.
• You are uncomfortable with ambiguity and accountability.
