Location: Kharadi, Pune
Designation: Sales Director
Experience Required: 8 Years to 10 Years
Key Responsibilities:
Define and drive the overall sales strategy aligned with the companys business objectives and growth plans.
Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to ensure consistent performance and achievement of revenue targets.
Build and strengthen strategic relationships with OEMs, channel partners, and key enterprise accounts.
Identify and develop new market opportunities, verticals, and large enterprise deals.
Own and manage high-value accounts and oversee complex, long-cycle sales engagements.
Collaborate closely with leadership, pre-sales, technical, and marketing teams to shape go-to-market strategies.
Establish sales processes, KPIs, forecasting models, and pipeline governance.
Review sales performance, provide accurate forecasts, and present insights to senior management.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to strengthen market positioning.
Represent the company at executive-level client meetings, OEM forums, industry events, and conferences.
Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing strategies, and partner agreements.
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
MBA / PGDM in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management is strongly preferred.
810 years of progressive experience in IT / Cybersecurity sales, including team leadership roles.
Proven track record of building and scaling high-performing sales teams.
Strong experience working with OEMs, channel partners, and enterprise customers.
Demonstrated success in closing large, complex deals and meeting aggressive revenue targets.
Excellent leadership, negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong understanding of enterprise technology solutions and consultative selling.
Strategic thinker with the ability to execute and deliver results.
Willingness to travel for strategic client meetings, partner engagements, and industry events.
