Cybersecurity Awareness Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Cybersecurity Awareness Manager to lead the development and execution of security awareness initiatives across the organization. The ideal candidate will be passionate about building a strong security culture and driving behavioral change through engaging, data-driven awareness programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement a comprehensive cybersecurity awareness strategy tailored.
• Develop training content and campaigns focused on secure coding, phishing prevention, data protection, and regulatory compliance (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA) and other cyber compliances
• Conduct regular phishing simulations and analyze user behavior to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure consistent messaging and program alignment.
• Monitor and report on awareness metrics, training completion rates, and risk reduction outcomes.
• Stay current with threat intelligence and incorporate relevant trends into awareness materials.
• Successfully run awareness campaigns across the organization.
