- Strong support experience in administration, configuration and troubleshooting on CyberArk modules: Enterprise Password Vault (EPV), Password Vault Web Access (PVWA), Central Policy Manager (CPM), Privileged Session Manager (PSM)
- Strong support experience in Application Access Manager (AAM-CP,CCP &DAP)), Privileged Threat Analytics (PTA), among other supporting products.
- Experience with PAM Operational tasks, to include Creating Safes, Defining Access Control, Policies or Platforms, User provisioning and entitlements, Managing Applications Credentials, Auto upload and User Access Policy Management
- Experience on supporting DR
- Having CyberArk Defender and Sentry certified.
- Knowledge on incident/problem management processes·
- Have knowledge on AWS( CyberArk infra in AWS) [AWS console (Route 53, LBR, target groups, Security Groups)]
- Have strong communication skills & can independently handle calls with customers.

- Having experience in Application Access Manager (AAM-CP,CCP &DAP)), Privileged Threat Analytics (PTA), among other supporting products.
- Understanding in Custom connectors / plugins to various applications.
- Scripting experience in (PowerShell, RESTful APIs, AutoIT, PACLI) CONJUR
- Experience with PAM implementation on AWS
- Experience in applying latest patch for the component ( Like- PVWA security patch)
- Version upgrade for the component.
- Advantage having CyberArk CDE certified.
