Position Name --

Cyber Security Intern / Cyber Security Trainee

Role Description --

This is a full-time on-site for a Cyber Security Internship/Trainee at Castellum Labs located in Hyderabad. As a Cyber Security Intern/Trainee, you will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to application security, network security, information security, and cyber security. You will be spending time across the teams, to develop skill sets across a range of cyber security topics. You will also be working on certain selective live projects, along with team members of the respective group.

Duration of Internship/Trainee --

This internship is onsite and full time trainee/internship which will range from six months to one year. Every candidate will have opportunity to learn across VAPT, network security, infra security, threat intelligence, darkweb, detections & responses and many more areas. A full time job offer will be given to candidates who complete the internship and qualify in series of evaluations which will be done, during internship.

Qualifications --

• Candidate should be out of college (B. Tech, MCA and BCA)
• Candidate should be available for this role on a full time and onsite basis
• Good understanding of networking concepts
• Good understanding of Linux and OS security concepts
• Basic understanding of the python and shell scripting
• Good familiarity of Application Security
• Fundamental concepts of Cybersecurity, Network Security, and Info Security
• Understanding of encryption models, PKI concepts and certificates
• Knowledge of cyber security best practices and principles
• Some knowledge of cyber security frameworks (CIS/NIST)
• Understanding of security technologies and tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
• Experience in cyber security or information technology is a plus

Location and Joining --

This is a Hyderabad based position. Joining is immediate. Positions will close soon.

This is not a 9 to 5 trainee/internship
