Program Management: Plan and execute program deliverables,ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders,tool owners, and leaders to ensure effective communication and programalignment. Risk Management: Support the identification, tracking, andmitigation of risks associated with security tools exclusion management.Identify exclusions that require follow up through data quality efforts. Data Quality: Ensure accuracy and integrity of program data,identifying gaps and implementing corrective actions as needed. Reporting & Analytics: Develop and maintain dashboards,reports, and metrics to provide program status, progress, and insights tostakeholders. Process Optimization: Identify and implement improvements topeople, processes, and technology to enhance program outcomes. Tool Expertise: Utilize ServiceNow as the platform to facilitatethe program and Jira/Confluence for tracking, reporting, and managing programactivities.
