Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and technically strong Cyber Security Specialist to safeguard our enterprise AI platforms, infrastructure, and client environments. This role is critical in ensuring data security, regulatory compliance, and protection against cyber threats across cloud, on-premise, and hybrid deployments. You will work closely with engineering, DevOps, IT, and compliance teams to implement robust security controls and maintain an enterprise-grade security posture.
As a Cyber Security Specialist, you will focus on threat detection, vulnerability management, security architecture, and incident response across our AI product ecosystem. This role is ideal for someone who is security-focused, detail-driven, and experienced in protecting high-value enterprise systems.
Key Responsibilities
Security Architecture and Implementation
- Design and implement security controls across cloud and on-prem infrastructure
- Ensure secure deployment of AI platforms within client environments
- Conduct security reviews of applications, APIs, and integrations
- Support secure DevOps (DevSecOps) practices
Threat Monitoring and Incident Response
- Monitor systems for potential security breaches or vulnerabilities
- Investigate and respond to security incidents
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement remediation plans
- Maintain incident response documentation and playbooks
Vulnerability and Risk Management
- Perform regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing coordination
- Identify security gaps and implement mitigation strategies
- Conduct risk assessments for new deployments and integrations
- Ensure compliance with internal security standards
Compliance and Governance
- Support SOC 2, ISO 27001, and other compliance frameworks
- Maintain audit documentation and security policies
- Conduct internal security awareness programs
- Ensure data protection and privacy standards are upheld
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Experience in cybersecurity or information security
- Strong understanding of network security, firewalls, encryption, and access controls
- Experience with cloud security (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Familiarity with SIEM tools, endpoint security, and vulnerability scanners
- Knowledge of compliance standards such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, or GDPR
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Certifications such as CEH, CISSP, CISM, Security+, or ISO 27001 Lead Implementer are a plus.
