Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Cyber Security Specialist with 5 to 9 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Sailpoint FAM and Sailpoint IdentityNow. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work both remotely and on-site ensuring a flexible work-life balance. The candidate will play a crucial role in safeguarding our companys digital assets and ensuring compliance with security protocols.
Responsibilities
Implement and manage Sailpoint FAM and Sailpoint IdentityNow solutions to ensure robust identity and access management.Monitor and analyze security alerts and incidents to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities.Develop and enforce security policies procedures and standards to protect sensitive information.Conduct regular security assessments and audits to ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices.Collaborate with IT and other departments to integrate security measures into existing systems and processes.Provide technical support and guidance to team members on security-related issues and best practices.Investigate and respond to security breaches incidents and other security-related events.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging security threats technologies and trends.Develop and deliver security training and awareness programs for employees.Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of security policies procedures and incidents.Participate in the development and implementation of disaster recovery and business continuity plans.Assist in the evaluation and selection of security tools and technologies to enhance the companys security posture.Ensure that all security measures align with the companys overall goals and objectives.
Qualifications
Possess a strong understanding of Sailpoint FAM and Sailpoint IdentityNow.Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in cyber security with a focus on identity and access management.Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills.Show proficiency in conducting security assessments and audits.Have experience in developing and enforcing security policies and procedures.Be knowledgeable about current security threats and best practices.Display the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Possess strong technical support and guidance capabilities.Be adept at investigating and responding to security incidents.Have experience in developing and delivering security training programs.Show proficiency in creating and maintaining security documentation.Demonstrate the ability to align security measures with company objectives.
