Cyber Security Manager

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

To participate in designing infrastructure and software architecture to ensure they meet cybersecurity standards.

Development and execution of an enterprise-wide information security plan that protects the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of the organization's data and servers.

Development and execution of an enterprise-wide disaster recovery and business continuity plan. Ensure the company's internal technological processes and Digital services comply with applicable laws and regulations for privacy, security, and social responsibility.

Drive implementation and deployment policies and methods, Continuous research and development in order to use the latest software and technologies.

Responsible for reporting of Information and Cyber Security posture, indicators and concerns to IT Steering Committee.

Well versed with ISO-27001/NIST frameworks and to ensure compliance to policies and procedures as part of these frameworks.

Maintain implemented significant security solutions, tools, vendors like SIEM- SOC, WAF, ATP, VAPT, Proxy, etc. as per organizations requirements.

Drive the Information Security Risk Awareness program & create communications calendar for a Positive Risk Culture

Ensured 100% Patch Management Compliance applied with latest build/OS patch delivered.

Oversee and guide Managed Security Services for conducting Vulnerability Assessments and Penetration Testing (VA-PT), App Risk Assessments, Network security risk reviews etc.

Preparing difference report and publishing it to the respective owners to review and grant their approvals.

Generate MIS for multiple IS topics and to assist senior management identify risks by conducting risk analysis.
