Job Description

Skill : SIEM - Google SecOps

Experience : 4-15 years

Location: PAN India

Skills Required: SIEM, Google SecOps, SOC, Soar

Required Skills and Experience:

• Strong handson experience as a SIEM Engineer or SOC Engineer working specifically with Google Chronicle / Google SecOps.
• Deep understanding of SIEM concepts, log management, event correlation, and detection engineering in enterprise SOC environments.
• Expertise in UDMbased data ingestion, parsing, and normalization, including troubleshooting data quality and onboarding new log sources.
• Practical experience authoring and tuning YARAL detection rules and complex queries for threat hunting and analytics.
• Experience building SOAR playbooks or automation workflows using Google SecOps SOAR or thirdparty tools (e.g., XSOAR, Splunk SOAR, Swimlane).
• Strong knowledge of network/security technologies (firewalls, proxies, IDS/IPS, EDR, IAM, cloud security services) and common attack techniques.
• Proficiency in scripting (Python, Bash, or PowerShell) to automate ingestion, enrichment, and response tasks.

NicetoHave

• Experience operating SOCs at petabytescale telemetry, including performance optimization and costefficient data strategies.
• Familiarity with threat intelligence integration, UEBA, and advanced analytics in Google SecOps.
• Security certifications such as Google Chronicle SIEM, GCIA, GCIH, CISSP, or equivalent.
