Role Summary
We are looking for a CXM Hightouch Implementation Specialist who will own end-to-end implementation of Customer Data Platform (CDP) and Reverse ETL use cases using Hightouch. This role acts as a bridge between Marketing, Analytics, and Engineering teams , enabling data-driven customer engagement and audience activation across marketing and advertising platforms.
Key Responsibilities
1. End-to-End Implementation
- Lead complete implementation lifecycle including requirement gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
- Translate marketing and business requirements into technical activation strategies .
- Drive best practices for scalable and reusable data activation solutions.
2. CDP & Customer Data Management
- Act as a key stakeholder for the Customer Data Platform (CDP) .
- Ensure data activation follows data governance, catalog standards, and quality guidelines .
- Work closely with Analytics teams to maintain consistent metrics and audience definitions.
3. Customer 360 & Data Modeling
- Collaborate with Data Engineering to define and enhance Customer 360 data models .
- Own the final data modeling layer in Hightouch , transforming warehouse data into activation-ready audiences.
- Design advanced segmentation logic for personalized campaigns.
4. Reverse ETL & Activation
- Build, manage, and maintain Reverse ETL pipelines using Hightouch .
- Schedule and monitor data syncs to multiple downstream systems including:
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC)
- Meta (Facebook / Instagram Ads)
- Google Ads and other marketing platforms
- Ensure accuracy, freshness, and reliability of activated data.
5. Monitoring & Troubleshooting
- Monitor sync health, pipeline performance, and data latency.
- Troubleshoot sync failures, schema issues, and performance bottlenecks.
- Partner with Engineering teams to optimize warehouse queries and sync efficiency.
6. Stakeholder Collaboration
- Act as the primary interface between Marketing, Analytics, Engineering, and CX teams .
- Support marketing teams with audience setup, validation, and platform limitations.
- Provide documentation and knowledge transfer post implementation.
Mandatory Skills & Experience
- 510 years of experience in data platform / MarTech / analytics implementation roles
- Hands-on experience with Hightouch (Reverse ETL)
- Strong SQL skills for querying, validation, and transformations
- Experience with Customer Data Platforms (CDP)
- Strong understanding of data modeling and Customer 360 concepts
- Experience activating data to marketing platforms (SFMC, Meta Ads, Google Ads)
- Knowledge of data governance, data quality, and catalog standards
- Experience monitoring and troubleshooting data pipelines
Good to Have Skills
- Experience with cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift)
- Familiarity with dbt or similar transformation tools
- Understanding of identity resolution and audience matching
- Exposure to marketing attribution and campaign performance measurement
- Experience in CXM or Growth Analytics environments
