Responsibilities:

• Implement and support Oracle CX Incentive Compensation module.
• Gather requirements for commission, settlement, and payout processes.
• Configure compensation plans, rules, crediting logic, and payout structures.
• Monitor and troubleshoot commission calculations for accuracy.
• Generate standard and custom reports for performance and compliance.
• Manage custom roles and ensure secure access.
• Support UAT, documentation, and user training.
• Collaborate with Sales Ops, Finance, and HR teams.
• Provide production support and resolve calculation issues.

Expertise Required:

• Oracle Incentive Compensation / SPM
• Partner Management
• OOTB & Custom Reports
• App Composer and Groovy scripting for customizations
