As a Salesforce Functional Consultant in the Life Sciences industry, you will work with leading pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device organizations to transform their commercial operations and customer engagement strategies using Salesforce.
You will support clients in optimizing sales, marketing, medical affairs, and patient engagement processes, leveraging Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud, Health Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and related industry solutions.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver solutions that address regulatory compliance, data privacy, and unique industry requirements such as HCP (Healthcare Professional) engagement, KOL (Key Opinion Leader) management, and patient support programs.

In Life Sciences, our team specializes in enabling commercial excellence, field force effectiveness, HCP engagement, and patient-centric solutions using Salesforce platforms.
Qualifications and Experience
Required:
A minimum of 4 years of consulting/ industry experience
A minimum of 3 years of experience as Salesforce Business Analyst
Facilitate discovery workshops and stakeholder interviews to elicit and document business requirements, especially in commercial and customer engagement processes
Analyze business requirements to identify gaps and establish fitment to salesforce solutions
Maintain and prioritize a healthy user story backlog, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements
Should have very good communication and presentation skills
Should have very good salesforce administration skills
Experience in implementing one of the Salesforce Clouds (Sales/ Service/ Marketing/Experience)
Experience in implementing Salesforce Health Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or Salesforce Industries for Life Sciences (formerly Veeva, Pharma, MedTech solutions) is highly preferred
Familiarity in leveraging Agile project methodologies, for full lifecycle implementations
Support build teams during development and quality assurance phases by clarifying requirements, reviewing deliverables, and participating in defect triage
Experience in Functional testing of SFDC implementations using various testing methodologies
Deliver solution demos and facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) sessions with business stakeholders
Develop training materials and conduct end-user training sessions tailored to life sciences commercial and customer engagement teams
Ensure compliance with industry regulations (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR etc..) throughout the project lifecycle
Experience working with commercial operations, field sales, medical affairs, or customer engagement teams within the Life Sciences industry
Experience in building RFP/RFI for SFDC implementation opportunities and building pre-sales collateral
Expertise on MS Suite of products (MS Office PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Project Plan)
Preferred:
Experience with sales force configuration
Experience to provide salesforce solutions using configuration/customization
Experience with data migration, integration with CRM/ERP systems, and reporting/analytics in a life sciences context
Familiarity with life sciences data models, master data management, and third-party integrations (e.g., Veeva, IQVIA etc.)
Experience leveraging Data Cloud and Agentforce in solutions
