Job Description

We are hiring Customer Support Executives for a Voice Process in the BPO sector. The candidate should be fluent in Tamil + English or Malayalam + English and will be responsible for handling customer calls and providing effective support.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls and resolve queries professionally.
• Communicate effectively in Tamil/English or Malayalam/English.
• Provide accurate information about products/services.
• Maintain proper records of customer interactions in the system.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the relevant team when required.

Required Skills

• Fluency in Tamil + English or Malayalam + English (Mandatory).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Ability to handle customers patiently and professionally.
