Responsibilities


Coordinating all service-related activities as follows: service contract lifecycle management, work order management, field service support.
Customer calls and e-mails intake in local language for all related activities such as requests for service, service contract, service- and product-related complaints.
Efficient collaboration on related tasks with internal stakeholders such as Regional Service Leaders and Coordinators, Customer Service, Finance, Master Data.
Administration of system supporting Services (ServiceMax, SAP, LOTS).
Daily collaboration with third parties, such as Flex, DHL, including administration of the reports and systems related to external tracking (NCOD, OKTA portal, Express Logistics Platform).
Achieving excellence in day-to-day activities.
