Job Description
We're Hiring | Customer Support Executive International Voice/Chat Process Location: Pune Work Mode: Work from Office Shift: Rotational Shifts (Cab facility available for Night Shift)
Role & responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer experience by handling international customer queries via Chat, Email, and Voice Support.
- Act as the first point of contact for global customers, ensuring quick, accurate, and professional resolutions.
- Build strong customer relationships through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions within defined SLAs and quality standards.
Preferred candidate profile
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to interact confidently with international customers.
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.
- Open to graduates from any discipline.
- Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with a minimum of 6 months of experience in BPO or International Voice/Non-Voice Process will have an added advantage.
- Flexible and comfortable working in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
- Candidates must be currently based in Pune
- Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and a professional approach.
