Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats, and emails professionally.
- Assist customers with appointment bookings, rescheduling, and service-related queries.
- Provide accurate information about clinic services, treatments, and ongoing offers.
- Resolve customer concerns and ensure quick and effective issue resolution.
- Coordinate with clinic teams and internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and positive customer experience.
Requirements:
- 25 years of experience in customer support, customer service, or call center roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle customer queries with patience, empathy, and professionalism.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and customer support processes is a plus.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
