Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats, and emails professionally.
  • Assist customers with appointment bookings, rescheduling, and service-related queries.
  • Provide accurate information about clinic services, treatments, and ongoing offers.
  • Resolve customer concerns and ensure quick and effective issue resolution.
  • Coordinate with clinic teams and internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Maintain proper records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and positive customer experience.


Requirements:

  • 25 years of experience in customer support, customer service, or call center roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle customer queries with patience, empathy, and professionalism.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools and customer support processes is a plus.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.
