Customer Support Specialist [URGENT]

We are looking for enthusiastic Customer Support Executives to join our growing team. The person should be a self-driven individual with an ability to hustle and willing to focus on building memorable customer experiences. Must have good understanding for numbers and a knack for going an extra mile to deliver customer delight.

Here is a brief idea of what you will be working on:

• Manage incoming phone calls, chats, emails, tickets based on the process
• Identify customers needs to achieve their satisfaction
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information to customers by using the right tools
• Solves problems within defined quality standards using a basic understanding of products
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits follow up to ensure resolution
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies and take that extra mile to engage customers

Requirements

• Mandatory understanding of customer service and giving wow customer experience
• Customer service tools understanding will be an added advantage

Working Days

• 6 Days a week from office in HSR layout, Bangalore
• Shift timing may apply based on the business needs
