This full-time, on-site role of Customer Support Specialist is based in Bengaluru. The responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service and support, addressing customer inquiries effectively, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role involves identifying and troubleshooting technical issues, offering solutions, and maintaining strong relationships through interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills. The Customer Support Specialist will also work collaboratively with the technical team to resolve client concerns and enhance the customer experience.
