Eligibility Criteria

Undergraduates (UG) with minimum 6 months experience in International Voice Process

Graduates (Freshers Welcome!)

Excellent English Communication Skills (Verbal & Written)

Comfortable working in rotational shifts

Key Job Responsibilities

Handle inbound/outbound calls with international customers

Resolve customer queries efficiently and professionally

Provide accurate information about products and services

Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction

Meet quality standards and performance targets
