Job Description
As a Customer Support Executive, employees will handle guest & host queries related to bookings, check-in support, payments, refunds, collections, and cancellations concerns of customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound calls for booking assistance
- Support guests with check-in, listing info & host coordination
- Manage cancellations, refunds, modifications & safety issues
- Explain policies clearly
- Maintain CRM records
- Coordinate with internal teams for escalated cases
- Achieve AHT, CSAT, QA & attendance KPIs
Required Skills
- Excellent English communication
- Customer service mindset
- Problem-solving & patience
- Ability to work in rotational shifts
- Basic computer skills (typing, email, CRM)
Preferred Skills
- Experience in Collection, Travel, BPO Voice, Hospitality, Airline/Hotel support
- Knowledge of Zendesk, Salesforce, Five9, Genesys
