- Minimum 6 months experience in any domestic voice process.
- Resolving the queries and concerns of customers in a timely manner thereby ensuring the agreed service level with the customer - Related to Bank.
- Work Location: Kochi Kalamaserry- Client location.
- Looking for Immediate Joiners.
- Graduation Mandatory,
- 6 days working with 1-day rotational week off.
- Languages required: English + Malayalam (Kannada/Hindi/ Tamil/Telugu) any of these languages.
- Candidates willing to relocate from other locations can apply.
