Eligibility Criteria

Undergraduates (UG) with minimum 6 months experience in International Process (Non-Voice preferred)

Graduates (Freshers Welcome!)

Excellent English Communication Skills (Written)

Comfortable working in rotational shifts

Key Job Responsibilities

Handle customer queries via chat/email support

Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally

Provide accurate information about products and services
