Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Addressing Customer Queries and Concerns on Call: Professionally and efficiently handle incoming customer calls, providing accurate information, and resolving inquiries or concerns on the first contact whenever possible.
  • 100% Voice Process and Inbound Calling: Manage a high volume of inbound calls, maintaining a friendly and helpful demeanor throughout all customer interactions.
  • Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge to ensure customer solutions are accurate and comprehensive.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Any Graduation is required.
  • Skills: Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage stress effectively.

Work Schedule Details:

  • Shift Timings: Shifts are 9.5 hours in duration.


  • Week Offs: 5 days working with 2 days rotational week offs (holiday).
