We are looking for Customer Support Professionals with excellent communication skills to join our growing team. If you have experience in handling US voice processes and are comfortable working in night shifts, this opportunity is for you!
Location: Pune (Hinjewadi)
Shift Timings: 6:30 PM 3:30 AM
Shift: 24/7 Rotational Shifts
Experience: Minimum 2 Years Mandatory
Preference: Pune Local Candidates Preferred
Key Responsibilities
Handle business customer service calls and emails for Treasury Management products
Provide Tier 2 technical support for complex customer issues
Identify, analyze, and resolve advanced technical and service-related problems
Ensure first call resolution and maintain high customer satisfaction
Maintain updated knowledge of products, services, and internal systems
Monitor and mitigate risk by activating/deactivating high-risk product services
Identify and report potential fraud or suspicious activity
Required Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Basic computer knowledge and Microsoft Excel skills
Ability to understand and explain technical and business processes
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Comfortable working in a call center environment
Preferred Qualifications
1+ year experience in call center / customer support roles
Experience in financial services or banking domain
Knowledge of Treasury Management products such as:
Online Banking
ACH
Wire Transfers
Remote Deposit Capture
ACH / Check Positive Pay Security Services
