2. Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve customer problems efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction.

3. Assist clients by providing clear guidance, product information, and appropriate solutions based on their needs.

4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the system.


Qualifications


1. Graduate in any stream from a recognized university.

2. 01 year of experience in customer support or a related role (freshers may also apply).

3. Good verbal and written communication skills.

4. Ability to understand customer issues and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.
