Mode : Work From Office (All Saturdays Work From Home)

Location : Ahmedabad (Sindhubhavan)


Key Responsibilities


Provide support and assistance to customers using SaaS / ERP software

Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner

Communicate clearly and professionally via phone, email, and chat

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions

Collaborate with the technical team to escalate and resolve complex issues


Qualifications & Skills


Minimum 01 year of experience in customer support

Good verbal and written communication skills

Ability to remain calm, patient, and professional with customers

Basic understanding of accounting principles (added advantage)

Functional understanding of Tally or other ERP systems
