Malverra, a growing womens westernwear brand under House of Malkaa, is looking for a proactive and empatheticCustomer Support Executiveto join our team in Jaipur. Youll be the voice of our brand, ensuring every customer interaction is smooth, helpful, and genuinely delightful.
What Youll Do:
- Handle customer queries via WhatsApp, email, Instagram DMs & calls
- Assist customers with order tracking, size queries, returns, and more
- Coordinate with logistics and operations teams for timely resolutions
- Maintain records of customer feedback and suggest improvements
- Ensure every customer feels heard, valued, and confident in shopping with Malverra
What Were Looking For:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A calm, polite, problem-solving mindset
- Experience with e-commerce platforms or customer service is a plus
- Basic comfort with Excel/Google Sheets and CRM tools
- Fluency in English & Hindi
