Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Customer Support Specialist for an on-site role at our Noida location. The candidate will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving product or service-related issues, maintaining positive customer relationships, and providing technical support. Additional responsibilities include ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.

  • Technical Support expertise to assist customers with product or service-related technical issues.
  • Analytical Skills to assess problems, identify solutions, and implement effective resolutions.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for clear and professional interactions.
  • Ability to work independently and provide solutions in a timely manner.
  • Prior experience in customer service or a similar role is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience is preferred.
