We are pleased to invite you for an interview for the position of Technical Support Executive at our Gurugram location.
Role Overview
The role involves handling queries via multiple communication channels,
and updating CRM systems while maintaining high standards of data security and professionalism.
Customer Interaction:
Handle global customers via multiple channels (phone, email, chat).
Update CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems with accurate information.
Technical Support:
Troubleshoot technical issues following company protocols.
Professional Conduct:
Follow company rules on confidentiality and data security.
Attend trainings regularly.
Adapt to feedback and improve skills continuously.
Technical Knowledge Expected:
You should understand basic networking and telecommunication concepts , including:
- Networking Basics: MAC address, IP address, DNS records, DHCP, OSI Model.
- Email Protocols: SMTP, POP3.
- Telephony: Hard phones, soft phones, VOIP, SIP.
- Connectivity: Wi-Fi basics.
