Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Support Specialist located in Ahmedabad. The Customer Support Specialist will handle customer inquiries, provide solutions to ensure satisfaction, troubleshoot technical issues, and improve the customer experience. The candidate will also collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and maintain accurate records of interactions, ensuring smooth communication with clients and stakeholders.
