Job Title: Customer Support Executive

Location: Bangalore (LTIM Hebbal S2 Client Location)

Experience: 12 Years

Contract Duration: 12 Months

Shift: 24/7 Rotational (Night shift included Cab & shift allowance provided)

CTC - 3LPA (Shift allowance Seperate)

Job Description:

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive with strong communication skills to handle international customer service queries via phone, chat, and email. The candidate will be responsible for resolving customer issues, providing accurate information about products and services, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have good problem-solving skills, empathy while handling customers, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree (mandatory)
• 12 years of experience in Customer Support / Customer Service
• Excellent English communication and listening skills
• Ability to work in rotational shifts in a 24/7 environment
• Immediate joiners or candidates with up to 30 days notice preferred
