Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Support Specialist located in Chandigarh, India. Qualifications

Proficiency in Customer Support and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
Strong Interpersonal Skills to effectively communicate and build rapport with clients
Experience in providing Technical Support and resolving customer issues
Strong Analytical Skills to assess customer needs and identify improvement opportunities
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and under minimal supervision
Familiarity with fitness-related services or tools is an added advantage
Bachelor's degree in a related field and prior experience in a customer support role are preferred
