About the Role:

We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Customer Support Specialist: US Voice Process with a strong American accent to handle outbound and inbound calls for our US customers. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, active listening ability, and a solution-oriented mindset.


Note- This is an onsite night shift role


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound & outbound customer support calls for US clients
  • Assist customers with inquiries, service requests, follow-ups, and issue resolution
  • Provide accurate information and ensure high customer satisfaction
  • Maintain detailed call records in CRM systems
  • Follow up on pending cases and ensure timely closures
  • Meet daily/weekly call quality and performance targets


Requirements:

  • Fluency in English with a full American accent (mandatory)
  • Prior experience in US voice process / international calling preferred
  • Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
  • Ability to handle objections and difficult conversations professionally
  • Comfortable working in night shifts (US time zone)
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office
