Role Summary
As a Client Advisor Client Experience, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and play a key role in delivering a smooth and positive service experience. This role is ideal for freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who are passionate about customer service, communication, and building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients during their service journey
- Share timely updates with clients regarding order or service status
- Handle basic customer queries, concerns, and return-related requests politely and efficiently
- Coordinate with internal teams (operations and technical teams) to gather and share accurate information
- Ensure clear, professional, and empathetic communication across calls, WhatsApp, and emails
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions and follow-ups
- Support client satisfaction through timely responses and follow-ups
- Escalate issues to seniors when required and assist in resolution
- Learn and follow company processes and service standards

Requirements
- Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in customer support or client servicing (voice / chat / email)
- Good spoken and written English communication skills
- Positive attitude with a customer-first mindset
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer knowledge and comfort using digital tools
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow instructions
- Experience or interest in luxury, fashion, hospitality, or lifestyle brands is an added advantage
