Job Title: Customer Service & Sales Executive

Location: Bangalore (Work from Office)

Employment Type: Full-time

Work Schedule: 6 days/week (Weekend working, 1 weekday off)

Experience Required: Minimum 2 years (mandatory)

Languages Required: Kannada, English, Hindi & Telugu Fluent speaking is mandatory


About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Service & Sales Executive who can confidently handle customer interactions, convert enquiries into bookings, and represent the brand with professionalism and clarity. This role requires someone who is sales-driven , customer-focused , and excellent at verbal and written communication in English .

You will be the first point of contact for customers, responsible for explaining services, closing sales, handling follow-ups, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.


Key Responsibilities

Customer Handling

  • Attend inbound and outbound calls, WhatsApp, and email enquiries
  • Clearly explain services, packages, pricing, and policies to customers
  • Handle customer queries, objections, and follow-ups professionally
  • Maintain high-quality communication across all customer touchpoints

Sales & Conversions

  • Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
  • Upsell services and packages based on customer needs
  • Follow up with warm leads and pending customers

Coordination & Reporting

  • Coordinate with operations team for scheduling and confirmations
  • Update customer details, booking status, and notes accurately
  • Maintain proper records of leads, conversions, and customer feedback


Mandatory Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or customer service
  • Fluent speaking ability in Kannada, English, Hindi, and Telugu
  • Excellent spoken and written English (emails, WhatsApp, CRM notes)
  • Strong sales mindset with confidence in closing deals
  • Ability to handle multiple customers and pressure situations
  • Willing to work from office with weekend working
  • One weekday off (fixed or rotational as per business requirement)
