Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Customer Support Professional, based in Kochi with opportunities for partial remote work. The role involves providing exceptional customer support, addressing customer queries and concerns, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The candidate will handle technical support tasks, resolve issues efficiently, and offer solutions in a timely manner. Strong communication and interpersonal skills will be critical to build relationships and maintain a positive customer experience.


Qualifications

  • Experience and proficiency in Customer Support and Technical Support
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills and the ability to maintain Customer Satisfaction
  • Analytical Skills for troubleshooting and problem-solving
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role is preferred
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience is a plus
