Role Overview

As a Customer Support Expert, you will handle voice-based travel support queries such as bookings, rescheduling, cancellations, refunds, and general service assistance ensuring a smooth experience for every customer.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional voice-based customer support
• Assist customers with flight bookings, rescheduling, cancellations, and refunds
• Deliver accurate, timely resolutions with high customer satisfaction
• Ensure compliance with quality, process, and security guidelines
• Work collaboratively with Team Leaders, SMEs, QA & internal support teams
• Maintain complete confidentiality of customer data

Eligibility Criteria

Education

• Graduate preferred
• 12th pass also considered
• Graduation pursuing candidates eligible

Experience

• Minimum 6 months of experience in voice / chat / email / customer support

Compensation

• 3.2 LPA (Domestic Desk)
