Job Overview

The Customer Support Intern is responsible to perform activities related to the Learning services provided by us, including onboarding the new organizations/Employees, generating progress reports, close trouble tickets, proactively monitor, manage, and report on Learning progress. On successful completion of the internship, the candidate may be offered a full time position in the organization.

Job position: Customer Support Intern

Shift: Day (Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM)

Employment type: 2 Months of Internship (employment confirmation based on performance during Internship).

Experience: Fresher or 0 to 1 Year

Internship Stipend: Rs 18000/-

Job Role

• Provides Managed Services to our existing accounts.
• Handles client communication(email and phone) and acts as a team player.
• Should be able to think out of the box and have an innovative mindset in his daily work, trying to automate

the tasks as much as possible.

• Create documentation for the LMS software developed in our organization and keep it updated as and when

required.

Required Skills:

• Superlative Communication Skills.
• Good writing skills, and experience with blogs, articles, and explanatory stories.
• MS Office tools and technical documentation will be an advantage.
• Experience with Learning Management tools will be an advantage.
