About the Role We are seeking a high-performing Customer Support Head to lead our customer support team, ensure excellent customer experiences, and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the customer support team to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer queries.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
Monitor customer feedback, track key performance metrics, and generate reports for management.
Resolve escalated customer issues promptly and efficiently.
Mentor and train the customer support team for better productivity and service quality.
Requirements :
Graduate/Postgraduate (any discipline).
35 years of experience in customer support or customer experience roles.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Salary Range: 20,000 30,000 per month
