About the Role

We are seeking a high-performing Customer Support Head to lead our customer support team, ensure excellent customer experiences, and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the customer support team to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer queries.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Monitor customer feedback, track key performance metrics, and generate reports for management.
  • Resolve escalated customer issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Mentor and train the customer support team for better productivity and service quality.

  • Requirements:

    • Graduate/Postgraduate (any discipline).
    • 35 years of experience in customer support or customer experience roles.
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

    Salary Range: 20,000 30,000 per month
