About the Role
We are seeking a high-performing Customer Support Head to lead our customer support team, ensure excellent customer experiences, and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the customer support team to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer queries.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
- Monitor customer feedback, track key performance metrics, and generate reports for management.
- Resolve escalated customer issues promptly and efficiently.
- Mentor and train the customer support team for better productivity and service quality.
Requirements:
- Graduate/Postgraduate (any discipline).
- 35 years of experience in customer support or customer experience roles.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Salary Range: 20,000 30,000 per month
