Designation: Customer support- Feedback Executive
Location: Gurugram (Sector 44)
Working Days: 6 days a week
About the Role:
As a Customer support- Feedback Executive at 30 Sundays, you will be responsible for executing relationship-driven marketing activities that enhance customer experience and brand recall.
This role involves planning and coordinating gifting initiatives (such as cakes, photobooks, and surprise hampers), along with customer engagement, vendor coordination, and creative execution using Canva.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with vendors, internal teams, and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials and gifts.
- Call and follow up with customers to build relationships, gather feedback, confirm details, and support engagement.
- Create simple and visually appealing creatives using Canva for customer photobooks and marketing assets.
- Maintain customer records, tracking sheets, and engagement data using MS Excel.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong communication skills (verbal) with a customer-first mindset.
- Working knowledge of Canva for basic design & editing.
- Ability to multitask and manage timelines effectively.
- Basic proficiency in MS Excel and record management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 02 years of experience in customer engagement / marketing / coordination roles (preferred).
- Open to freshers.
