Customer Support Executive HRMS
Experience: 12 Years
Location: Pune
Employment Type: Full-Time
Responsibilities
- Provide functional support to clients on HRMS application
- Resolve user queries via calls, emails, and ticketing systems
- Assist clients with system navigation and issue resolution
- Coordinate with internal teams for escalations
- Ensure SLA adherence and client satisfaction
Qualifications
- Candidates with experience in HRMS domain (Customer Support / Functional Support)
- OR MBA in HR (with relevant internship / 12 years experience preferred)
Required Skills
- Good communication skills
- Basic understanding of HR processes (Payroll, Attendance, Leave, PMS)
- Client handling experience
- Problem-solving mindset
