Working Mode: Mon-Sat
Working Hours: 10AM -7PM
Domain- BFSI (good to have)

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries across calls, emails, and chat channels.
- Ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality service delivery.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and retention.
- Provide expert assistance and guidance in the Finance/Mutual Funds domain .
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in Customer Service/Support (voice, email, and chat).
- Strong understanding of the Finance Domain , especially Mutual Funds (mandatory).
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer-first mindset with a proactive attitude.
