Customer Support Executive – Voice Process (US Clients)

We are looking for an experienced Customer Support Voice Executive to handle inbound and outbound calls from US-based clients. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills with strong American English proficiency, and the ability to provide professional and timely support to customers.

• Handle customer queries via voice calls from US clients professionally.
• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and issue resolution.
• Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and call quality.
• Document customer interactions and update records in CRM systems.
• Resolve escalations efficiently and coordinate with internal teams when required.
• Meet performance metrics such as call handling time, resolution rate, and customer feedback scores.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a Customer Support Voice Process (International/US preferred).
• Excellent spoken English with American accent clarity and fluency.
• Strong experience in handling US customers over phone calls.
• Ability to work in US time zones (night shifts).
• Good listening skills and problem-solving mindset.
• Comfortable using CRM tools, MS Office, and support platforms.
