We are hiring Customer Support Executives for one of our reputed BPO clients for a Hospitality Voice Process.

Location: Jaipur

Role: Customer Support Executive Voice

Shift: Rotational / Night Shifts

Working Days: 5.5 Days Working

Joining: Immediate / Within 7 Days

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound customer calls professionally

Resolve customer queries efficiently

Maintain service quality & customer satisfaction

Update CRM/system records accurately

Follow process guidelines

Required Skills & Experience:

Minimum 6 months BPO Voice experience (PF mandatory)

Good English communication skills

Comfortable with rotational shifts

Graduate / Undergraduate eligible

Freshers not eligible
